Barbera d’Asti Le Orme by Michele Chiarlo is a benchmark for vibrant, food‑friendly Barbera. Grapes from selected vineyards around Asti are aged partly in oak and partly in stainless steel. The bouquet is elegant and intense, with ripe cherry, redcurrant and plum lifted by violet and a gentle spicy note. On the palate the wine is harmonious and well structured, offering juicy fruit, fine tannins and a savoury, slightly mineral finish. Fresh acidity provides plenty of energy and keeps you coming back for another sip. Perfect with tomato‑based pasta, pizza, cured meats and grilled white meats.
Stainless steel ageing preserves the juicy Barbera fruit and keeps the palate fresh, harmonious and easy to enjoy.
