G de Guiraud Bordeaux blanc is the dry white wine from Château Guiraud and marries the aromatic precision of Sauvignon Blanc with the richness of Sémillon. The bouquet reveals gooseberry, citrus, white flowers and a hint of exotic fruit, framed by subtle herbal notes. On the palate the wine is juicy and textured, with ripe yet lively acidity and a clear, slightly chalky mineral edge. Nuances of grapefruit, yellow stone fruit and cassis leaf add aromatic complexity. The elegant, dry finish makes this Bordeaux blanc a fine partner for fish, seafood, vegetable starters or fresh goat’s cheese.

Six months on the fine lees, partly in stainless steel and partly in used barriques, brings freshness and fine texture.
