Garvey Sherry Fino San Patricio showcases the elegant, maritime side of Jerez. Made exclusively from Palomino Fino and aged for many years under a layer of flor, it appears pale straw with subtle golden highlights. The bouquet combines notes of fresh bread, sea breeze, almonds and delicate white flowers. On the palate this Fino is bone dry, light and very focused, driven by cool, saline minerality. A fine yeasty bitterness and a touch of saltiness give a long, mouth‑watering finish that really invites another sip.
