Fundador Brandy Sherry Cask Triple Madera is a Solera Gran Reserva aged successively in casks that have contained Amontillado, Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherries. The bouquet is intense, with layers of dried fruits, honey, vanilla and caramelised sugar framed by spicy oak. On the palate this brandy is full bodied and multi layered, offering rich, sweet toned fruit and powerful spice. A fine tannic grip gives structure while the texture remains creamy and caressing. The long, warming finish recalls caramel, raisins and sherry nuances. A luxurious brandy for sipping slowly after dinner or pairing with dark chocolate.
