Made from carefully selected wines, this Solera Gran Reserva Brandy de Jerez reflects the cask culture of Jerez with precision. It matures in Sherry Casks that previously held 15-year-old Amontillado, giving the spirit its distinctive dry, nutty profile. The colour is bright golden amber. Almonds, hazelnuts and layered nut aromas meet subtle Amontillado notes on the nose. Warm and full on the palate, it remains finely balanced, gently dry and touched by seasoned wood. Serve slightly chilled after lunch or dinner, or pair it with walnuts, chocolate desserts, pastries and boldly spiced dishes. Its composed depth makes it an elegant choice for slow, contemplative sipping.
