Garvey Sherry Manzanilla Juncal comes from Sanlúcar de Barrameda and embodies the airy, coastal style typical of Manzanilla. Its pale, slightly golden hue introduces delicate aromas of chamomile, green apple, dried flowers and a touch of orange zest. On the palate this sherry is very slender, dry and refreshing, carried by hints of sea breeze and subtle flor yeast. The elegant structure and lively acidity create great drinkability and a long, gently nutty finish. It pairs beautifully with oysters, marinated fish, fried seafood and all kinds of tapas.
