Garvey Sherry Dry Amontillado Tio Guillermo is an amber coloured, dry sherry that reflects the combination of biological and oxidative ageing in the bodega. The bouquet combines hay, citrus zest and apple skin with aromas of roasted almonds, walnuts and caramel. On the palate this Amontillado is delicate, aromatic and well balanced, with lively lemony acidity and a subtle saline edge. Roasted nut flavours, light toffee tones and fine herbal notes add depth and complexity. The dry, persistent finish makes it an excellent choice as an aperitif or alongside soups, tapas, white meats and aged cheeses.
