Glenfarclas 25 Year Old is a mature Speyside malt that shows the distillery’s sherried style at full depth. Extended ageing in Oloroso casks delivers aromas of jammy fruit, honey, roasted nuts, coffee and polished oak. On the palate it is full‑bodied, silky and beautifully balanced, with sherry and oak very much in the foreground. Dried fruits, walnuts, dark chocolate and gentle smoke build layer upon layer. The finish is intense, long and warming, with lingering sherry sweetness and a touch of savoury spice. A distinguished dram for slow evenings and special celebrations.
