| Grandin Brut Méthode Traditionnelle comes from the Loire and is produced by the traditional method from a selection of white grape varieties. The base wines spend at least nine months ageing on lees before disgorgement. In the glass it shows a golden colour with a fine, persistent stream of bubbles. The bouquet offers subtle dried-fruit nuances, citrus notes of lemon and grapefruit, white flowers, linden blossom and brioche. On the palate the Brut is fresh, well balanced and fruit-driven, with flavours of apple, pear and stone fruit. A versatile sparkling wine, ideal as an aperitif or with seafood, fish dishes and light starters. | |
