Gusbourne Sparkling Blanc de Noirs 2019 0,75l

Gusbourne Blanc de Noirs is a characterful traditional‑method English sparkling wine from Kent. The blend is driven by estate‑grown Pinot Noir rooted in chalk and clay soils close to the cool coast and aged for an extended period on lees. The bouquet offers ripe red apple, raspberry and wild strawberry with darker berry tones, subtle floral hints and a touch of brioche. On the palate it is concentrated and creamy yet beautifully precise, with pure red‑fruit flavours, gentle spice and a finely salty minerality. A very fine mousse and long, fresh finish make it a superb accompaniment to poultry, veal or mushroom‑based dishes.

Gusbourne

Between Romney Marsh and the Channel, Gusbourne in England has shaped a modern classic. The grape variety: Pinot Noir

Pinot Noir is a refined red grape known for red cherry, raspberry, floral notes, spice and silky tannins. It is most famous in Burgundy but thrives in many cool-climate regions.

It pairs beautifully with duck, roast chicken, mushrooms, salmon, pork and game birds. Its fascination lies in finesse, fragrance and the way it expresses origin. Pinot Noir
