A blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, it spends well over six years on its lees, gaining remarkable depth and finesse. The nose is layered with brioche, acacia honey, guava, pear, citrus and a delicate smoky note. On the palate it is rich, silky and multi‑dimensional, combining ripe stone and orchard fruits with fine spice and a chalk‑lined minerality.
