G'Vine Nouaison is the bolder, spicier counterpart to Floraison, made for gin enthusiasts who enjoy structure and character. It is built on the same grape-spirit base but leans more firmly into juniper and botanicals such as cardamom, cassia bark, coriander, nutmeg, liquorice, cubeb and citrus. The nose is intense and herbaceous with juniper, orange peel and subtle floral tones. On the palate it is full-bodied and complex, delivering warming spice, ripe fruit and a rounded, silky texture. A long, peppery finish makes Nouaison an excellent choice for robust Gin & Tonics, Martinis or bittersweet classics like the Negroni.
