Château Pédesclaux Pauillac 5cc. 2017 0,75l

Château Pédesclaux is a Pauillac classified as a fifth growth and today ranks among the most dynamic estates of the appellation. Extensive investment in winery and vineyards has unlocked the potential of its gravel and clay soils planted largely with cabernet sauvignon plus merlot, cabernet franc and petit verdot. The bouquet offers cassis, blackberry and black cherry with floral tones, graphite and subtle toasted oak. On the palate the wine is juicy, structured and elegant, with fine-grained tannins and fresh, mineral length. It is a refined companion for beef, lamb, grilled meats and hearty stews.

Ageing in French oak gives the wine a spicy frame and supports its classic Pauillac structure.
