Gentil by Famille Hugel is a classic Alsace blend that brings together the strengths of all the estate s white grape varieties. Gewurztraminer adds spice and floral lift, Pinot Gris gives body, Riesling lends precision while Muscat contributes grapey aromatics, completed by the freshness of Pinot Blanc and Sylvaner. The bouquet offers green apple, pear, tropical hints of lychee and passion fruit and delicate rose tones. On the palate the wine is smooth, balanced and gently spicy with refreshing acidity and a dry, mouthwatering finish. An easy to pair companion for starters, fish, poultry, Asian inspired dishes or relaxed drinking on its own. It offers a harmonious style that combines varietal character with real drinking pleasure.

After gentle pressing, the Gentil ferments temperature-controlled in stainless steel and clarifies naturally over winter.
