Ingrid Groiss Rosé Hasenhaide 2025 0,75l
| Brand | Ingrid Groiss |
| Region | Europe - Austria - Lower Austria - Weinviertel - Breitenwaida |
| Category | Wines - Rosé wine |
| Rose Hasenhaide by Ingrid Groiss is made from organically grown Pinot Noir and Zweigelt in the Weinviertel. The vines rooted in calcareous gravel yield grapes that are hand picked in several passes. After a short maceration the must is gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel, followed by maturation on fine lees. The bouquet offers red berries, cherry, rosehip and a hint of citrus over delicate herbal spice. On the palate the rose is fresh, light and subtly creamy, with fine mousse and a touch of mineral delicacy. The finish is lively, fruity and highly drinkable. A refined organic rose for veal, poultry, summer vegetable dishes or relaxed moments on the terrace. | |

Ingrid Groiss
In Breitenwaida, in Austria’s Weinviertel, Ingrid Groiss has been shaping her own estate identity since 2010, building on more than two centuries of family winegrowing while refusing anything that feels cosmetic. Marl and limestone around the village lend precision and drive; additional parcels near Fahndorf/Ziersdorf, with gravel, sandstone and flint, sharpen the contrast and keep the range lively....more from Ingrid Groiss
