Champagne Brut Bio by Joseph Perrier is the organic expression of the house s Cuvée Royale, combining finesse with bright fruit. Grapes from sustainably farmed parcels are gently pressed and aged for an extended time on the lees. The bouquet shows green apple, pear, citrus and white flowers with hints of chalk and fresh bread. On the palate the Champagne is dry, focused and energetic, with fine mousse and tight minerality. The fruit remains crisp and pure, supported by refreshing acidity. The finish is clean, citrus driven and subtly nutty. A contemporary organic Champagne for aperitifs, delicate vegetables, sushi and elegant fish dishes.
Long lees ageing supports the fine mousse and combines freshness with the elegant house style.
