Madeira Medium Dry from Justino s strikes a harmonious balance between tangy acidity and subtle residual sweetness. In the glass it appears clear amber with golden flashes. The bouquet reveals dried apricot, apple, candied citrus peel and nutty tones. On the palate the wine is off dry, juicy and tightly structured, driven by lively acidity and gentle spice. Hints of caramel, molasses and dried fruit add richness without weighing it down. A salty edge recalls its Atlantic origin. The finish is medium in length, savoury and mouthwatering. A highly versatile Madeira for terrines, tapas, smoked fish and flavourful starters.

At least three years in oak barrels round out the off-dry Madeira and give it classic mature Madeira notes.
