The bouquet offers candied citrus peel, yellow peach, hints of mango and pineapple, herbal notes and blossom honey. On the palate the Smaragd is juicy, dense and complex, with a tightly woven texture and precise acidity. Stony hillside minerality brings cool depth and salty tension.
