Krutzler Merlot comes from selected vineyards on the slopes of the Eisenberg, where deep soils and the pannonian climate allow the variety to ripen fully. The bouquet offers dark cherries, cassis and ripe red berries, framed by fine oak, tobacco and a hint of nougat. On the palate the wine is juicy and dense yet precise, with a refined line of acidity and silky tannins. A distinct mineral texture reflects the stony Eisenberg terroir and adds cool elegance. The finish lingers with morello cherries, gentle spice and a touch of chocolate. A characterful Merlot that pairs beautifully with beef, braised vegetables or mature cheese.

Ageing in small oak barrels gives this Merlot structure, depth and layered spice.
