La Quintinye Vermouth Royal Extra Dry shares the same base of white wines and Pineau des Charentes, but is bottled in a decidedly drier, crisper style. Aromatically it shows white flowers, lemon zest, green herbs and a hint of grape. On the palate it is taut, vibrant and delicately bitter, with a clean, linear structure. Subtle fruit sweetness only rounds the edges without softening the dry profile. A persistent, salty-fresh finish makes it an ideal component for classic cocktails. In Martini, Vesper or as a dry accent in modern aperitif drinks, this Extra Dry delivers clarity, lift and a very French sense of elegance.
