Domaine Laporte Sancerre Les Grandmontains blanc 2024 0,75l

Laporte Sancerre Les Grandmontains Blanc comes from an organically farmed single parcel in the heart of the appellation. The wine is made purely from Sauvignon Blanc and fermented in stainless steel to preserve freshness and clarity. The nose shows citrus, white peach and hints of exotic fruit, joined by floral and herbal nuances. On the palate it is silky, balanced and shaped by a pronounced, chalky minerality. Lively but ripe acidity carries through to a long, elegant finish. A refined Loire white to pour with goat’s cheese, fine fish or delicate vegetable dishes. A short time on ice before serving brings its citrus lift to the fore.

Ageing on the fine lees until bottling preserves freshness and precise Sancerre minerality.

Across roughly 21 hectares, each parcel is treated as its own chapter—from the flinty slope of “Le Rochoy” to limestone-backed sites around Sancerre....
