Le Petit Cheval Bordeaux Blanc is the rare white wine of Château Cheval Blanc, crafted from parcels in Saint-Émilion. The blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon is fermented and aged in oak, combining tension with generosity. The nose shows vineyard peach, pear, lychee, citrus and floral notes, framed by discreet spice. On the palate the wine is creamy yet precise, with layered fruit and a distinctly salty, mineral core. Vibrant, ripe acidity drives the long, mouthwatering finish. This refined Bordeaux white mirrors the precision of the estate’s red wines and pairs beautifully with fine seafood, shellfish or sophisticated vegetable cuisine.
After fermentation in demi-muids, tuns and large wooden casks, the wine ages for 18 months, adding minerality, freshness and fine texture.
