The nose offers redcurrants, raspberries and a touch of strawberry, wrapped in floral and herbal nuances. On the palate the wine is succulent and refreshing, with pure red-berry fruit and a finely integrated, crisp acidity. A gentle spicy note and hints of citrus zest provide extra lift. The texture is slender and silk-like, making Rosalie dangerously easy to drink. Its dry, energetic finish pairs beautifully with antipasti, summer salads, grilled vegetables or light dishes based on fish and poultry.

Spontaneous fermentation in open wooden fermenters gives Rosalie structure, depth and a mature, elegant rosé character.
