Poças Ruby Port showcases the youthful, fruit‑driven style of Port. Traditional Douro varieties are aged for only a short period in large oak vats, preserving a deep ruby colour and vibrant primary aromas. The nose offers ripe red fruits, black plum and a hint of chocolate and earth. On the palate the wine is full‑bodied yet supple, with generous berry fruit, a touch of sweetness and just enough acidity to keep everything in balance. It is a versatile Ruby that pairs well with chocolate desserts, berry tarts or a simple piece of cheese. It also works very well as an introduction for those just discovering the world of Port.

Three years of wood ageing and the subsequent blending of several Ports preserve fresh Ruby fruit and add structure.
