Cuvée Sir Winston Churchill is Pol Roger’s iconic prestige cuvée, created as a tribute to the house’s most famous admirer. Its style reflects the qualities he sought in Champagne: richness, structure and impeccable finesse. Pinot Noir from outstanding crus forms the backbone of the blend, complemented by a long period of ageing on the lees. The bouquet reveals ripe stone fruits, citrus peel, dried flowers, roasted nuts and brioche. On the palate the wine is full and generous yet perfectly balanced by mineral freshness and a very fine mousse.
