Louis Roederer Cristal brings together the finest estate plots in a luminous prestige cuvée. The blend of mainly Pinot Noir with Chardonnay is partly vinified in oak, without malolactic fermentation, and shows a bright golden colour with a stream of ultra-fine bubbles. The nose combines concentrated and candied citrus with notes of white flowers, cereals and lightly toasted almonds. On the palate Cristal is silky, precise and chiselled, driven by juicy fruit and a distinct saline, chalky minerality. The interplay of richness and tension creates outstanding finesse. A very long, pure finish makes this Champagne a superb choice for the most refined occasions at table.

Part of the base wines is vinified in oak; without malolactic fermentation, the Champagne remains taut, fresh and elegant.
