Chardonnay Sinner from Prieler grows in Schützen am Gebirge on lean shell-limestone and schist soils that shape its precise, mineral character. The bouquet offers notes of quince, Williams pear, yellow apple and hints of papaya, wrapped in citrus tones and white blossom. On the palate the wine is full-bodied yet cool and focused, with a creamy texture and gentle fruit sweetness. Fermentation in stainless steel and extended ageing on fine lees add finesse, polish and a long, salty-mineral finish. Organic viticulture highlights purity and lively freshness in every glass. A versatile partner for poultry, creamy risotto, grilled fish or flavourful vegetable dishes.
