From Senftenberg in the Kremstal, this Grüner Veltliner combines crisp freshness with real substance. Rameln is juicy, bright and refreshing, showing fine aromas of kiwi, melon and peppery spice. On the palate it is balanced and lively, with a harmonious yet concentrated finish. Proidl harvests by hand; part of the fruit sees a short maceration before stainless-steel fermentation. Four months on the fine lees add gentle roundness while keeping the fruit clean and precise. It works beautifully with schnitzel, vegetable dishes, grilled fish, poultry or mild cheeses.
