Pusser’s Rum Gunpowder Proof follows the tradition of authentic British Navy rum. The robust bottling is built on a blend of Demerara rums from Guyana and other Caribbean origins, crafted according to historic Admiralty specifications. The bouquet is packed with raisins, dates and figs, alongside hints of orange peel, molasses, tobacco and spice. On the palate the rum is full-bodied, dark and richly flavoured, with a syrupy texture and deep fruit core. Despite its power it remains impressively balanced. The finish is very long, warm and intense. Best enjoyed neat, with a splash of water or as the backbone of classic rum cocktails.
