Pusser’s Rum Original Admiralty Blue Label is the classic blend in the Pusser’s range. Several Caribbean rums, including rich Demerara styles, are married according to an old Admiralty recipe and matured in oak casks. The nose offers dark raisin, dates, figs and tobacco, with molasses, toffee and gentle spice. On the palate the rum is full-bodied, fruity and flavourful, showing notes of caramelised sugar and dried fruit. The structure is robust yet smooth, encouraging slow sipping. A long, warming finish makes it a perfect choice for enjoying neat, on the rocks or in traditional rum long drinks.
