Relais La Dominique is the second wine of the renowned Château La Dominique in Saint‑Émilion. The blend is based mainly on Merlot with a portion of Cabernet varieties and is partly matured in oak. The bouquet offers ripe red fruits such as currants and cherries, joined by sweet spice and a hint of chocolate. On the palate the Grand Cru is rounded, juicy and fresh, with supple tannins and good underlying structure. Well‑judged acidity lends elegance and lift. The persistent finish carries red fruit and subtle spice. A versatile Bordeaux to pair with roasted meats, poultry or flavourful vegetable dishes.
