Ron Libertad Blanco is a craft rum produced in the highlands of Chiapas in southern Mexico. It is made from 100% fresh sugarcane juice from three local varieties, fermented with spring water and distilled in copper pot stills. The nose offers fresh grassy and herbal notes alongside green nuances and exotic fruit such as pineapple and peach. On the palate the rum is clean, dry and very expressive, combining herbal spice with gentle fruit sweetness and a subtly mineral core. The texture is lively yet smooth, making it a great choice for classic Daiquiris and other rum cocktails. A long, refreshing finish with lingering herb and fruit aromas clearly reflects its mountain origin.
