Tenuta Roveglia Lugana, Limne 2024 0,75l

Limne from Tenuta Roveglia is a Lugana from the southern shores of Lake Garda made from the local Turbiana grape. In the glass it shines a pale straw yellow with green highlights and great clarity. The bouquet combines lime and grapefruit with ripe apple, pear and peach, supported by delicate floral tones. On the palate the wine is juicy, refreshing and well balanced, with lively but well integrated acidity. A fine streak of minerality derived from the calcareous soils gives length and precision to the finish. Limne is an easy going, highly drinkable Lugana that pairs beautifully with asparagus, light starters, fish, poultry and summery Mediterranean dishes.

Tenuta Roveglia

The grape variety: Turbiana

Turbiana is the signature white grape of Lugana near Lake Garda. It gives fresh, elegant wines with citrus, apple, white flowers, almond and a fine mineral note.

The variety is attractive because it balances easy drinking with ageing potential. Pair it with fish, seafood, risotto, poultry, asparagus and Mediterranean vegetables. Turbiana
