Progettidivini N°3 Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry is crafted from Glera grapes grown on the classic hillside vineyards of the DOCG area. The second fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks to highlight fruit purity and a delicate mousse. The bouquet offers white flowers, pear and vineyard peach, lifted by gentle herbal and spicy nuances. On the palate the wine is smooth, rounded and well balanced, with juicy fruit and lively yet well-integrated acidity. The Extra Dry style adds a touch of playful sweetness while retaining plenty of freshness. An elegant all-rounder as an aperitif and a great match for antipasti, light fish dishes or refined vegetable plates.
Charmat ageing in autoclave brings fruit-driven Glera aromas, gentle sweetness and harmonious bubbles.
