Tinhof Rosé by Erwin Tinhof is a fresh and fragrant Blaufränkisch rosé from Leithaberg, tailored for relaxed summer occasions. Organically farmed vineyards around Eisenstadt provide pure red berry fruit and lively acidity. On the nose there are notes of strawberry, redcurrant and raspberry, joined by delicate floral hints. On the palate the rosé is dry, juicy and straightforward, with fine acidity and a fruit driven finish. Its light, refreshing style makes it an ideal aperitif and a flexible partner for salads, fish dishes or grilled vegetables.
