Trénel’s Pouilly-Fuissé is an elegant Chardonnay from the limestone slopes of southern Burgundy. In the glass it appears clear golden with subtle green highlights. The bouquet offers ripe citrus, yellow apple and pear alongside hints of peach, jasmine, acacia blossom and a touch of flinty minerality. On the palate the wine is both juicy and taut, combining creamy weight with vibrant acidity and a distinctly mineral, gently saline finish. This harmony of fruit, discreet oak and chalky freshness makes it an ideal match for fine fish dishes, poultry in sauce or refined vegetable cuisine. A complex Pouilly-Fuissé that marries precise terroir expression with true Burgundian finesse.

Fermentation in stainless steel as well as new and used wooden casks combines juicy Chardonnay fruit with mineral tension.
