On the nose the wine shows dark red berries, sour cherry and herbal spice, with hints of earth, graphite and dried flowers. On the palate this Blaufränkisch is taut, juicy and precise, with vibrant acidity, firm yet fine‑grained tannins and pulsating fruit. The unfiltered bottling lets texture and subtle lees tones come through and underlines the pure, natural style.
