The wine is spontaneously fermented, bottled unfiltered and forms part of the estate’s wild+free, minimal-intervention range. On the nose it offers citrus, green pear and yellow apple alongside white blossom and fine herbal spice. On the palate this Furmint is taut and juicy, with cool fruit, lively acidity and a slender, precise body. Salty, stony minerality adds plenty of tension and makes each sip mouthwatering. A characterful natural white from Rust that pairs beautifully with fish, light Asian-inspired dishes or modern Austrian tavern cuisine.
