Les Terrasses Velles Vinyes by Álvaro Palacios is sourced from old vines rooted in poor slate terraces in Priorat. The blend of Garnacha and Cariñena combines Mediterranean richness with striking, cool minerality. On the nose it offers ripe red and dark berries, dried herbs, floral hints and a touch of liquorice. The palate is powerful yet silky, with a dense core of fruit, fine-grained tannins and precise freshness. Its depth and length make it an excellent partner for flavourful dishes and relaxed evenings. Ageing in French barrels gives the wine structure without masking the freshness and minerality of Priorat.
