The Eiswein Cuvée from Angerhof Tschida is produced from fully ripe grapes harvested at very low temperatures near Lake Neusiedl. As the berries freeze, sugar and aromas are concentrated and only the precious, highly aromatic juice is pressed. On the nose it offers intense notes of tropical fruit, citrus, stone fruit and delicate honey. The palate is dense, crystal-clear and carried by lively acidity that keeps the sweetness fresh and light. Its complex aromatics and long finish make it a perfect partner for desserts, blue cheeses or simply enjoyed on its own. A noble ice wine from Neusiedlersee that beautifully showcases the unique climatic conditions of the region.
