Aumann Pinot Noir Reserve showcases the elegant side of Austria’s Thermenregion and stylistically nods to fine Burgundy. In the glass it displays a bright garnet colour and a delicate bouquet of red berries, rosehip and a touch of forest floor. On the palate the wine is gentle yet focused, with juicy red fruit, subtle smoky notes and soft tannins. Ageing in oak adds spice and structure without overpowering the finesse of Pinot Noir. Lively acidity provides freshness and a smooth flow across the palate. A characterful Pinot Noir that pairs beautifully with poultry, veal or mushroom dishes, as well as enjoyed on its own.
