Insolia In Purezza from Baglio di Pianetto is an organically grown Sicilia DOC white wine that highlights this native Sicilian grape in a pure, clean style. The nose shows gentle citrus, white flowers, yellow apple and a hint of almond. On the palate it is supple yet fresh, with juicy fruit, subtle spice and well-integrated acidity. Pear, lemon zest and light herbal notes add elegance. The texture is round but not heavy, finishing with a touch of salinity and a pleasantly dry aftertaste. A versatile partner for grilled fish, seafood, vegetable pastas and classic Italian starters. Its balanced profile makes it equally suitable as an aperitif or alongside light, Mediterranean-inspired cuisine.
