Bally Rhum Pyramide 3 ans is a classic Rhum Agricole from the island of Martinique, distilled from pure sugarcane juice and matured for several years in oak casks. On the nose it offers aromas of vanilla, dried fruit and gentle spice, backed by a subtle woody character. The palate is harmonious and well balanced, showing lively fruit, a touch of candied citrus and a dry, precise structure. There is good depth without heaviness, leading into a long, warming finish. A characterful agricole rum that is excellent neat, over ice or as the base for refined rum cocktails.
