Fermented from pure cane juice and column distilled, it retains a very clean, vegetal profile. The nose shows notes of crushed cane, citrus, white flowers and a hint of coconut milk. On the palate it is powerful and vibrant, with salty freshness and a firm core of cane sweetness. The texture is mouth-filling yet linear, avoiding any cloying heaviness.
