The rum is aged for several years in oak casks on Martinique, with carefully selected parcels blended into a complex cuvée. On the nose it opens with aromas of candied citrus, dried fruits, honey, roasted nuts and delicate vanilla. The palate is silky yet concentrated, showing flavours of caramel, baked apple, clove, cocoa and a touch of exotic spice. The texture is harmonious and the finish long, warm and aromatic.
