Cantina Beato Bartolomeo da Breganze Spumante Extra Dry Prosecco Rosé Diamante doc. 2023 0,75l

Delicate pale pink colour, very fine bubbles and the freshness of the Breganze hills define this Diamante Prosecco Rosé. The blend is based mainly on Glera with a portion of Pinot Nero, gently pressed and fermented at low temperature before undergoing secondary fermentation in tank using the Charmat method. The bouquet is floral and fragrant, with notes of white blossoms, peach and wild strawberries lifted by a touch of citrus. On the palate the wine is slender and lively, with a creamy yet refined mousse and a distinctly dry, clean profile. Bright acidity keeps everything taut while allowing the delicate red-fruit character to shine. It is a graceful sparkling rosé for aperitifs, seafood or simple dishes such as vegetable risotto.

The second fermentation in pressurized tanks using the Charmat method preserves elegant freshness and delicate rose fruit.

Founded on Valentine’s Day by 121 winegrowers, the cooperative carries the name of Bartolomeo da Breganze, a local Dominican and Bishop of Vicenza—an explicit nod to place and community....

The grape variety: Pinot Noir

Pinot Noir is a refined red grape known for red cherry, raspberry, floral notes, spice and silky tannins. It is most famous in Burgundy but thrives in many cool-climate regions.

It pairs beautifully with duck, roast chicken, mushrooms, salmon, pork and game birds. Its fascination lies in finesse, fragrance and the way it expresses origin. Pinot Noir
