Calle 23 Reposado is a 100% agave tequila from Mexico with a precise, modern signature. It is aged for at least eight months in casks previously used for Kentucky whisky or American bourbon. The agaves come from Los Altos de Jalisco and are gently cooked in stainless-steel autoclaves. Cooked agave, vanilla, warm fruit, butterscotch and a light wood note shape the nose. On the palate it is creamy, balanced and agave-forward, with spice, citrus blossom, herbs and mineral freshness. Enjoy it neat, over ice or in premium cocktails where balance is essential.
