Château Bonnet Réserve,Bordeaux rouge 2019 1,5l

Château Bonnet Réserve Bordeaux rouge is one of the flagship reds from the André Lurton estate in the Entre-deux-Mers. Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot from clay-limestone vineyards form the core of the blend, providing both structure and generous fruit. Fermentation is followed by ageing in French oak barrels, which adds depth and spicy complexity. The bouquet shows blackcurrant, blackberry and plum alongside vanilla, cedar and a hint of tobacco. On the palate Château Bonnet Réserve is full-bodied, juicy and well balanced, with ripe tannins and a long, fruit-driven finish with subtle spice – a reliable Bordeaux for beef, grilled meats and cheese.

Twelve months of oak-barrel ageing with 20% new wood support the black fruit and give the Bordeaux depth and balance.
