Aromas of citrus, green apple, ripe peach and tropical fruit are joined by floral hints, roasted nuts and a discreet smokiness from barrel ageing. On the palate the wine is creamy and layered, yet driven by lively acidity and a saline mineral edge. The long, vibrant finish makes it an ideal match for fine fish, seafood, poultry and refined vegetable dishes.
