Château Roc de Cambes is one of the most distinctive wines of the Côtes de Bourg and is linked to the circle around Tertre-Roteboeuf. The opened source describes a red wine with seductive violet perfume, ripe wild raspberry and redcurrant jelly. On the palate, silky texture, saline extract, lively tension and a supporting tannic frame come together. The finish stays concentrated, red-berried and marked by pale graphite. The wine shows elegance, depth and Right Bank charm without excess weight. Its structure makes it both gastronomic and cellar-worthy. It is especially good with steak, grilled fish, meatloaf, stews, black pudding and cheese boards.
